Innoventum Oy, as operator of the tracesproject.online website under the Erasmus+ funded TRACES project, respects your rights to privacy, and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your clear permission. Any personal information which you volunteer will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Tracesproject.online does not collect any personal data about you, apart from information you volunteer (for example by emailing us or registering your interest in the project). Any information which you provide in this way is not made available to any third parties and is used by tracesproject.online and the TRACES project only in line with the purpose for which you provided it.
COLLECTION AND USE OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Technical details in connection with visits to this website are logged for our statistical purposes. No information is collected that could be used by us to identify website visitors. The technical details logged are confined to the following items:
- the IP address of the visitors web server

- the previous website address from which the visitors reached us, including any search items used

Accessing some of features on this website require you to create an account and be logged in with it; the Online learning platform stores information about the user progress on the courses, the discussion forum relates messages to identified users and so on. When you register an account, the following information is stored to it:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Country
- Preferred default language selection
- User picture (optional)
- This information is saved in a secure database and is not given or sold forward to third parties.
- If you have created a user account and wish to remove your information, please contact us.
